NEW YORK – Lil Wayn’es sentencing has been delayed until March 2 due to dental surgery, his attorney announced in a Manhattan courtroom Tuesday (February 9).
The rapper was scheduled to be formally sentenced by a judge and begin serving his one-year term stemming from a 2007 arrest that resulted in a guilty plea in October for attempted weapons possession.
15 pets removed from Harrison home
HARRISON — Thirteen cats and two dogs were removed from an Orchard Place home Monday after the Buildings Department ruled the residence was uninhabitable.
It was the third time since 2007 that humane-law enforcement officials responded to complaints about pet conditions at 5 Orchard Place, said Kenneth D. Ross, chief of the Humane Law Enforcement Division of SPCA of Westchester.
According to town records, the home is owned by Susan Buschel, Douglas Buschel, who is a police lieutenant and police chief candidate, and his sister Laurie Ann Arcuri, who lives at the home, a friend confirmed. Douglas Buschel does not live at the home.
Ross discovered overflowing cat litter boxes, filthy floors and a strong cat urine odor during a visit 10 days ago to investigate a complaint. The conditions prompted him to contact Child Protective Services for the three children who live there.

Lloyd Banks Arrested For Assault, Robbery (Photos)
G-Unit rapper Lloyd Banks, real name Christopher Charles Lloyd, 27, along with other associates have apparently been arrested for being involved in some sort of fight/confrontation with a Canadian hip-hop promoter following a concert Friday night in Canada at Club NV at 234 Colborne Street, Downtown Brantford.

Lloyd Banks along with three to four other men allegedly assaulted Canadian road manager Chris Hines of Chris Hines/Ultimate Entertainment in a hotel near Kitchener in Southern Ontario, Canada where Banks was scheduled to perform.
Hines, after the alleged brutal fight and attack which was allegedly over a payment discrepancy, was rushed to the hospital. Hines apparently refused to pay Banks for not giving a full performance as agreed in their performance agreement.
According to a Chris Hines Facebook profile the road manager has done road managing for Lloyd Banks, Buju Banton, Sticky Fingaz from Onyx, Dj Whoo Kid, and 50 Cent.
Furthermore, Hines personally manages DJ John J of Shadyville, Matt Babel and worked for Violator Management.
As seen clearly in this picture of a bruised Hines, the manager suffered from lacerations to his face as well as a bruised eye and a possible trauma to the head.
According to an article on AllHipHop, Lloyd Banks, along with Shaun McGee, Tyrell Cooper and Nicholas Sloan are all in custody in Kitchener’s District 1 police station facing possible charges of assault, robbery and forced confinement.

7 year old girl reports sex assault at Palisades Center mall
WEST NYACK — A seven-year-old girl reported that she was sexually assaulted Friday by a man who followed her into a restroom in a movie theater at the Palisades Center mall.
Clarkstown police said that the attack took place around 2:30 p.m. in a stall in the women’s restroom at the AMC Loews Palisades Center, a large theater located on the fourth floor of the mall.
They are searching for a suspect described as a white man in his 40s with glasses. The man was holding a Christmas-type shopping bag and had his pants tucked into his shoes, the child told authorities.
The girl was taken to a local hospital where she was being evaluated and treated, police said.
There were no witnesses to the attack, police said.
Police do not know how the man would have gotten into the woman’s restroom without anyone noticing.
